Equipment health & maintenance review

PHL Maintain

Decide what to inspect first, and know why. PHL Maintain ranks equipment with rules you can read, links every alert to the readings behind it and keeps each decision on the asset’s record.

01A review item

Everything a planner needs to decide.

The PMP-001 review item from the demo cell. Its priority is computed from the factors listed, using illustrative readings.

02Three kinds of output

Observed, ruled, predicted — never blurred.

OBS Observed condition

What the sensor reported, with unit, timestamp and quality code. No interpretation.

PMP-001 vibration 4.9 mm/s at 14:20

RULE Rules-based assessment

A deterministic conclusion from a condition your team configured and owns. Reproducible and auditable. Available in the first release.

> 4.5 mm/s for 10 min → Warning

MODEL Model-generated prediction Future capability

An estimate from a trained model. It requires labelled failure history, evaluation on your equipment and a published model card. PHL AI does not offer this today.

03Anomaly investigation

A statistical flag is a question, not an answer.

MTR-001’s current is well above its 30-day baseline, but no rule is breached. PHL Maintain shows the deviation and asks a person to look; it does not guess a cause.

Motor current over the last 7 days: ranged from 18.3 to 22.3 A, mean 19.4 A. Latest reading 21.6 A at 2026-10-14 14:20 demo time. Thresholds: warning above 23.6 A.

04Review workflow

From alert to recorded outcome.

  1. Alert opens

A rule or statistical check fires. Stale data raises a data-quality alert instead of a condition alert.

  2. Triage

A technician acknowledges, reads the evidence chain and creates or joins a review item.

  3. Prioritise

Review Priority orders the queue. The factors are visible and the weights are configurable.

  4. Inspect

The planner exports a work order to the CMMS. PHL Maintain does not dispatch it.

  5. Record

Outcome, work performed and external reference are saved to the asset history.
