Make industrial equipment understandable from the data it already produces.
PHL AI is building software that connects physical assets, their operational data and their digital representations, so the people who maintain and improve machines can see what changed, why it matters and what to look at first.
01Where we are
Early, and saying so.
PHL AI is in development. The products on this site describe what we are building and which parts are designed for the first release. We have no customer deployments to show yet, and we will not publish logos, testimonials, results or certifications until they are real and approved for publication.
The demo cell, its four machines and every reading on this site are fictional and illustrative. They exist so you can judge the product’s thinking before you share any data with us.
02How we work
Four principles.
Read-only by design
Our software observes and analyses. It does not write to PLCs, setpoints or production controls, and the gateway code has no path to do so.
Show the working
Every flag links to the readings and the rule behind it. Measured, ruled, statistical and predicted outputs are labelled so they cannot be mistaken for each other.
Start small
One cell, a CSV export and a few weeks. Expansion to more assets, live data and scenario models reuses the same asset model.
Honest labels
“Available in MVP”, “Requires adapter”, “Planned”, “Future capability” and “Illustrative” mean the same thing everywhere on this site.
03What we are building
One platform, three products.
PHL TwinCore
The flagship: asset registry, versioned digital twins, telemetry, thresholds and reports.
PHL Maintain
Review queue and rules-based Review Priority in the first release; fuller reliability features planned.
PHL Simulate
Two deterministic scenario models in the first release; heavier simulation through external engines later.
Bring your industrial systems into clearer view.
Start with a focused equipment workflow and expand toward connected digital twins and industrial simulation as your requirements evolve.
